Ashley Moore
Founder & CEO
Ashley Moore built AM PR on a decade of experience with Florida’s largest healthcare system and in the agency world. Identifying a gap for brands in highly regulated industries, she created a low-volume, specialized agency to balance complexity with creativity. Ashley regularly speaks to accelerator and incubator programs, advises GlobalSTL—an innovation hub for global healthcare brands—and serves on the advisory board at the University of Florida’s Journalism School, where she teaches media relations as an adjunct professor. A mom of three, she supports Moms Demand Action and Everytown for Gun Safety, advocating for a safer future. Powered by her favorite oat milk flat white, Ashley thrives on strategizing with clients and speaking at industry events.

Senior Vice President
Jessica Garcia leverages her experience from top agencies, corporate communications, and the public sector to navigate campaigns.
